Me too CB,  I had beans on toast and I am just going to get some cereals.  I am on my own as OH has gone to Plymouth for work,

That reminds me must get a chicken from the freezer for lunch tomorrow or else it wil be beans on toast again.

Home-made cottage pie with mystery mince - one lot was deffo beef, the other possibly pork.  Thow in herbs, etc and the kitchen sink and stand well back while it cooks.  I hope it's good; it's still cooking.  There are another 4 for the freezer.

Was out on the town in London today, contemplated eating out (Harrods roasts are to die for) but decided to be good as entertaining for dinner tomorrow. Came home and had a late lunch of cous cous, chicken, fruit and yoghurt so was't hungry later. Just had a couple of high fibre cereal bars instead. Did buy a yummy looking Harrods spiced apple and pear pie to have with cream tomorrow though.

Rainbow trout, shallow fried.  Just finished it.  Absolutely delovely!  I'm a late eater - a quarter before the witching hour.  I'll never sleep now!Smiley Very Happy  Doctor said I had to eat fish so saw this on ice on the wet fish counter costing just 40p more than a couple of fish cakes.  Can't buy it every day.  Wouldn't want to - too expensive, and you'd tire of the taste  Very sweet to taste.  Full as a tic, so can't see myself turning in for another forty minutes.  Sleep well, everybody, Fred Smiley Happy
