What is everyone up to this weekend then?

Just me and one dog this weekend, Hubby and other dog away for few days helping BIL move again, son might put in an appearance at some point, when not working or in bed.

Will be starting my card making in earnest, If they are not a complete disaster I shall post piccies.

Almost about to give in and put heating on.

Trying to get used to using replacement lap-top, trying to set up favourites etc.

Screaming me face off because after tomorrow's shift I'm on me hols for 17 glorious lie in daysthen we will be shoveling a ton of stone onto the front garden border where we took out the conifers, then I shall be ringing the hospital Monday morning to see what's happening.

I'll be having a swim both Saturday and Sunday mornings.  Tomorrow, we are going to Grace's nan's for our tea so that should be good.  At some point over the weekend, we'll be doing a food shop.  Apart from that, trying to relax.

Looking after the hedgehogs and the dog and cat. And possibly having a new addition to the family tomorrow. I don't like to count chickens or hedgies until they actually arrive. But I am taking in if it arrives an African Pygmy Hedgehog.  Looking forward to seeing what the differences are between the two species. Then Sunday getting ready for the dog to go into the vets for her tests on Monday. She will be there all day. They are testing her for Cushing's syndrome and Hyperthyroidism. Also need to get busy with card making here.

Ed...look forward to seeing the piccies (wont tell the OH you are thinking about a burger later LOL).

I shall be dropping my son off at his dad's later - a 40 mile round trip which takes well over an hour so when I get back I shall put the heating on for an hour and have a well earned hour's soak in the bath reading my book.

Tomorrow it is free listing so will pop a few more things on. Then I may well carry on reading.

Tomorrow night I shall be watching Strictly and X factor (may well have to miss part of one if the times overlap)

Sunday out for lunch, as usual, and walk the dog down the local woods.

17 days of not getting up before the birds lucky you, don't go over doing it though.

I have got untill the 1st November then I am off for 11 days of glorious lie ins I might even stay in bed till 6

Forgot about Strictly that looks as though it should be a good one this year,

I am watching a few things of yours so I will look out to see what else you are listing.

Hubby hates burgers, not so as you would notice the size of him,

They have just left, with the puppy sitting in the front riding shotgun, with her own seatbelt, ahh cute.

The only thing spoiling the peace is I have to go back to work in a minute, never mind there is always tomorrow

Not too great sadly, "the hole" is really painful, having to rely heavily on strong pain killers and finding it difficult. Despite verything everyone has done, it is infected again, so still no hope of the cocktail of anti-biotics finishing. It is difficult to stay positive with no end in sight, but all you lovely folks on here are a great help.
