Thank you to the weather forecaster who said this area was going to have the best day of the weekend, with sunshine today ! So what have we got? Yet more rain and a load of washing to get dry! It hasn't even got daylight yet. Now, on the other hand if all this rain we are getting was SNOW, just think how lovely and deep and picturesque it would be.........Instead of that we have muddy, soggy fields to walk and slide about in when dog-walking. What weather are the rest of you having?

Morning, wet here this morning, but 10 degrees so not cold at all, I was on dog walking duty this morning as had to take the older dog on my own, as pesky dog is under going strict training and doesn't need the destraction. I must say it was quite a pleasant walk without the wind.

We are off out later, taking OH out to lunch as it was his birthday yesterday, might do some shopping as well.

Lovely and sunny and dry and not a breath of wind.

I won't be going out for my birthday meal at this rate. If I had a flu jab and a pneumonia jab what's left to get, 'cos that must be what I've got!!

Oh Chickengrandma that's a shame, hope you feel better soon.

Today it is just still, cold and dull - the kind of weather that just does that all day.

I guess two days of sunshine was all it could manage!

It's cloudy and on the cool side. At least it's stopped raining but for how long is anyone's guess.

It's taken me ages to get home from sewing group as a tree fell on the A35! One long muddy gridlocked detour later I am home!
