For me it is an Indian Paneer curry with rice and for teenager it is lamb hotpot (already in the slow cooker). Nice stick to the ribs food for such a miserable day. It is absolutely chucking it down here....rivers of water rushing down the street....shall I walk or shall I swim LOL

Spicy Sausage and Bean Casserole for us tonight - need something warm and comforting. Followed by bread and butter pudding.

Grumpy arn't you the one two theatre trips in one week you lucky thing.
Chicken balti and rice with naan bread for us, been in the slow cooker since 12 and the house smells goregeous. Thank goodness for slow cookers eh, I would be lost without mine in the winter.

Yes, it's a lucky chance of poor planning! We also have lovely weather! Blue skies & a gentle warm breeze. It poured this morning though.

Yes us too going sideways it was, but it's lovely now with quite a brisk wind, washing's going everywhere. You just have to do the washing when it's like this.

I'm going out to eat tonight. I was just going to bung some lamb chops in the oven when I remembered!
I don't know what I'll rustle up for him. Tin of soup and toast I think!
Just swum my 50 lengths so I'll have to have something to eat before 8 pm.
And it's a bit drizzley.

Do what I do listen to the weather forcast if it looks like it's going to be fine stick it out and hope for the best.
Seriously I am lucky I start work at 3am and finish at 11am so I still have plenty of time to do it when I get home.

It's not that bad, I only do it three times a week the rest of the week I don't work, pretty horrible in the winter though, leaving everyone tucked up in bed.
