Something quick and easy for us as OH has to pop out later, so possibly toasted sandwiches and soup.

I bought a small chicken yesterday as it was cheaper than buying chicken pieces so I am going to roast that with all the trimmings.:) It will do me several meals plus soup.:)

chicken kiev, oven chips and peas, bread sauce. OH had apple crumble (sorry Chris!!) and I had 4 tiny star shortbreads with a nice cup of earl grey tea.
