we had smoked haddock fish cakes with beans over them and a hooooge barm cake.

Sundays spagbol with mixed beans n peas chillied up.  All cooked and ready to go.  Diabetic son needs to eat food before swimming and OH and I don't want dinner at 4pm so ours is in a very low oven.  Gather it is yummy.

What I fancy is a cream doughnut from the local bakers, but not allowed. So it will be a jacket spud with tuna and sweetcorn with some extra low fat mayo.
