I have cut out cakes, biscuits, pastry & cut down on bread. Lots of meat, fish fruit & veg. Since April 29th I have list 1st 4 lbs & been on holiday! lol I have had the occasional cake when out with friends so not depriving myself entirely!

I'll say it posh today. Ahem....
Slow roasted chicken breast on a bed of onion and thyme, roasted potatoes (fresh from the garden yesterday) steamed baby new potatoes, and broad beans also from the garden, carrots and edamame beans and 6" tall Yorkshire puddings (home made of course) and gravy.
Then he had rhubarb yoghurt and I had ice cream.
It's strange but I haven't lost another 3lb.
