I have a secret weapon, my Pampered Chef Yorkshire pudding stone. You pour the batter into it cold and no fat needed.

I use plain flour, milk & water mixed & 1or 2 eggs. Can't tell you the measurements as I always just chuck it in.

I lost one of the stones from mine after about 35 or more years. The one replacement stone cost more than the whole 5 stone ring in the first place!!

Sorry to hear that Gina that's a real pain when that happens .
Ladies I have tried everything going to make good yorkshires, but they are always a disaster. I have the kiss of death where they are concerned. I can cook most things but they have defeated me. Now life is too short so I buy them.

We had pork chops with cream sauce and roasted sweet and nakeds and microwaved veg. 🙂
I hope you get your ring back Gina.
I used to use the recipe from my step Mum for yorkshires, but since a friend gave me her recipe and I use it now.... it has two eggs. Unfortunately this last lot stuck to the bottom of the tin. 😞 But they puffed up well.
