I'll be having roast beef, mashed potato, sprouts, cauliflower and gravy. I'm making him fish pie and spring greens.

I think there's just about enough trifle left for two small servings.

We were going to have a roast dinner, then I remembered swimming, then he decided he wasn't going swimming but nothing defrosted. So beef stew it was but had to go buy carrots, then had to go buy kitchen towel, then had to talk to BIL and daughter so eventually, with a bit of luck we will be having slow(bit fast) cooked beef stew!.
