Thai Green Chicken Curry tonight, but son doesn't like that, so I'm marinating some of the chicken in a tandoori/yoghurty mix and will grill it on skewers for him with some "saffron" rice (not really saffron, just coloured with turmuric) pitta bread and salad.

Don't really know...I've just got a half price cooked chicken when out shopping so racking my brain cell for inspiration....

wraps? curry? pasta?....nothing making me dribble yet....

Snap Twishy, I have half a cooked chicken in the fridge from Tuesday night,  I could always put it in a thai green curry sauce, nah  wraps sound good, only one snag - no wraps.  I have leaks and a white wine and cream sauce - nah don't fancy that either.

Have to put our thinking caps on twishy.

I think I am going to do the chicken and leek thing with a white wine and cream sauce (bought). There decided. off out with the dogs now oh joy hailing again.  Guess it will be more of a drag then.

I have a gammon joint in the freezer (cook from frozen one) so I think its gammon pineapple and chips 🙂

I have just got in from an outpatients appointment at the hossie, I have to be at a trustees meeting 15 miles away for 6:15pm, so it will be a choc ice in the car and a prawn linguine when I finally get home after the meeting.
