Re: The Great British Bake Off

I usually start watching it when it starts getting serious and towards the final,  some fantastic ideas, which I have tried out but they don't come out quite the same, well at least I try eh.

Re: The Great British Bake Off

Love it and watched last night (and I'm dieting!)  Thought some of them were rather over-ambitious last night.

Ohhhh i love this programme, was a bit bloody even enough to get in the tabloids LOL. i do so love cakes , lol, eating and making . All the flavours where making me hungry. Mary and Paul make a good team i think and the contestants did really well for their first time. Woman LOL

Re: The Great British Bake Off

It was Brilliant last night and i think the matches and the Octopuss thing that man did was good too. Muffins were a tricky thing for them to master but they did very well. Woman Happy

Re: The Great British Bake Off

I dont get it.   I just dont see why so many would want to spend hours of stress perfecting something when in seconds it's been eaten.
All that work and then..*woosh! chewed in minutes Robot Happy

Re: The Great British Bake Off

Hah Streety, Im with you on that!  I can't see why you'd spend HOURS on cooking, unless you truly get pleasure from the actual creative cooking process, & satisfaction from momentary praise & appreciation

I can admire the work of people who do though, nom nom nom Smiley Wink

If cookery really was as it appears on tv I'm sure we'd all be keen!!!!
