I'd bought two duck breasts in rich plumb sauce by mistake for fresh duck breasts.  They've been pushed around the freezer for months so I finally summoned up the courage to cook and eat them.

They were as disgusting as I expected them to be.

Thank goodness they've gone!!!

There is one portion of budget beef wellington left, but it's not that much as my son had a large chunk of it this evening so I may have to cook something else to go with it...  I will have to report back tomorrow!
