I have just surfaced the only thing i like about having a week off same time as kids dont have to get up to make sure they are ready for school. its a bit dull here so will be a case of washing draped over radiators again apart from that not doing much

Better today. Have spent all morning working out whether we can match our competitors prices. Still going -seriously thinking of retiring.

Is Arti still stuck in that cellar? - getting a little worried but then she was going down with Master A's lurgi.

we did the tip run and then tesco

then filled the car up with petrol- red light came on

48 litres of fuel at £1.02 :(

we're paying £1.09 for diesel here

70 liters to fill it up its not good

107.9 for diesel, supermarkets are 106.9 (excepr T's who are charging shell/esso prices!). U/leaded 103.9.

We fill 2 vans and 1 car every week + petrol for mowers - you wouldn't want to see our bills.

Morning all.
Beautiful sunny day here - having a lie in wih a cup of tea. 🙂
Have had lots of decorating done in the house so it's all clean and sparkling. Just got to get new hall and stair carpet now and to find a new wardrobe (to hide the clutter).Feel that I've achieved something with this house at last.
A friend is helping me do some gardening this afternoon and then I've got a nice weekend of trips out with friends.
Granny - hope you had a nice lunch.
GP glad yesterday was better.
Arti - hmmm - maybe been locked up if Master A's lurgy was a nasty one? 😞

one of my friends moved into a new build - she made sure that there was plenty of storage space in the kitchen

said they had 5 empty cupboards
3 years later they were full
and there are only the two of them in the house
