another horrible day here weather girl says we had as many sunny days as rainy ones she obviousley doesnt live near me. got to go into town and pay some bills wont be doing the washing today unless its drapped all over house its one of those days where you want to curl up on sofa with abook and do nothing

Herbs try having decaf as every other cup or even work up to every two cups decaf to one off cafinated

i have decaf after 2pm if i want coffee - sometimes mix it with hot choc which i guess defeats the object as im sure that has caffiene in it lol

Morning all, supposed to be sort of nice down here today. Bit grey in reality but another downpouring expected tomorrow - who'd live in the sunny South?. Daughter, of course, has shopping trip planned for tomorrow - I wanted to go today!.
