Races - this is an open air trade show, we are off to look at loads and loads of more or less identical garden machinery differentiated only by the colour they are painted!. It had better stop raining.

Running in very quickly with a couple of mins to spare to say hello.

Day one was fine if a little exhausting, but we achieved quite a bit and still like each other, might not be the same by the end of the week.
'Tis Master A's birthday on Friday (*whispers and Granny and Bunny's*) and of course trying to organise things has had to take a back seat so much panic expected tomorow.

Arty what a marvellous memory you have. It is my 70th and it is making me feel really old as in my head I only feel 30! Is master A 13?

The decorator finished the kitchen yesterday and is coming on Friday to paint the hall stairs and landing.

Going to see a lady about a cake today for our Golden Wedding next month.

Morning all, daughter starting college today. She wants to be early, I want to go to the bank and they don't open until 9.30 and the only cafe that'll be open will be Macdonalds!!!. Not sure I've got the dtrength for that.

GP - McDs does a very nice line in cappucinos these days (what am I doing advertising McDs?? :_| :_|
Another grey day here but not raining (yet).
Am being taken out for lunch and then going to get my hair done (morale booster).
Am not sleeping that well - just not getting enough exerise to fall into a deep sleep. Too much daytime tv.
So off to get some washing done and see what else I can do that will exercise the body but not the foot :^O

In a rush again as just haven't quite worked out how to make it all work time wise, so please don't think me rude or ignoring anyone.

Towery and Momma so far so good if exhausting but very early days. 🙂

Granny course I remember when you and Bunnys b'days are. 😄 Master A will be 14, so good guess. Managing to feel 30's good. Have felt 27 and then 35 and that's about it! Hope to feel younger as I get older. 🙂

Morning all it is sunny again her witha lovely blue sky.
Yesterday stayed sunny until about 4pm apart from 2 quick showers during the day that were heavy and then went as quick as they came. From 4pm we had continuous rain,same is forecast for today.

We had a nice day yesterday and went out fo a pub lunch.
Having a day at home today.

Arty I a sure you will get into a nice routine soon and it must be better for both of you. Good luck with it all.

Arty although my head fels 30 my body doesn't I just wish it did. LOL

Twins go back to school today as it seems most kids do here.

Glad Ellie has settled down again Floaty, maybe she didn't like all the upheaval with the bathroom.

Morning all. Rather Grey out there. Daughter's first day was good, thank you all. She seems to have made friends. Son is unhappy because college are posting his timetable to him so he doesn't need to brave the crush of all the second years trying to collect bits of paper at the same time!. (((College))) Sometimes you just cannot win.

Sun shining at the moment. Of course, it was meant to be puring with rain according to the BBC weather forecast. I think this is ine maasive plot by the media to make us all terminally depressed - have lost count of the times rain has been forecast, but we've had a dry day in London :_| Paranoid? Moi??
Granny - Ellie has turned back into a home cat. She's snuggled up next to me at the moment - normally she's out and about at this hour. Although they're all enjoying the fact that I'm at home, the back door is open and there's always time for cuddles. One more week and then it's back to the grindstone.
Off to look for mail.

All your holidaying sons and daughters seem to be back in the fold now. Our youngest grandaughter is in Ibiza and grandson returned from Amsterdam last night. Grandaughter is back at Uni at the end of the month. Grandson back at work today.

Arty hope you are managing to work out a timetable and lucky Master Gp having his posted.

We haven't any pets now Floaty but have had both cats and dogs. I prefer cats Gramps prefers dogs. Our daughters have dogs so we do get to see pets often.

Supermarket shopping for us this morning.
