Hello. Glad to be back and have missed you all. Thank you for thinking of me! Have rather scan read thread, but will catch up fully later.
Afraid week before last went painfully wrong.
The upshot of academic review day was Master A was told to stop questioning his falling academic marks (!) and his target was ‘’find and complete ways to achieve a better work home balance’’, so I sorted that, by giving him the rest of the week off! (he needed it)
Unfortunately he then did something very daft messing about, and pulled my wheelchair over. Initially went over backwards landing flat on my back and was then thrown out. A fair bit of damage has been done both to the chair and me, so totally immobilised until last night, and a bit of a train wreck.
Not being able to move is a quick recipe for pneumonia which I’ve got but is under control. Everyone else is stretched to the limits already, and have now had to take over much off my share, (It was everyone’s half term) so much as they love him, have not been very impressed with Master A’s failure to know when to stop. Even four year old has had a go at him. Poor lad is feeling very guilty, but A/s produces desperate defensiveness out of guilt, and half term’s been spent with both of us lurgied up to the eyeballs, and still not really well, I’m guiltily prodding him back in again today, as we’re so far behind with everything now, that we run the risk off imploding! (LEA have run circles round me undoing and canceling lots of things while I've not been able to stop them)
((((Granny)))) thinking off you and hoping all is dealable with, without to much ‘invasiveness’.
Hopeing everyone is well.
