Morning all sunny here but very frosty when we got up. Not moving out today going to make some cards with my new stuff. I had a lovely meal and a great natter yesterday.

not a lot planned today
got to nip for some fruit and a chicken for lunch tomorrow and thats about it.chicken aint hubbys favourite dinner he says he'd rather eat something wot looks over a fence than sits on it but he's out voted by three of us. plus got to be good this week lost a pond and a half last week and dont know how after what i shoved into my mouth (it was all food)have lost 9lb so far but do find it harder going as you get older.they all sat with a chinese here last night curtesy of son FAINT and i had a satsuma not the same

Good morning - up and at 'em - it's a beautiful day out there. COLD too. OH has been out putting water on the lawn to soften it so the blackbirds can dig great big holes in it looking for worms. Wouldn't want them to struggle would we!.
