My parcels have arrived at last.:-) I was beginning to panic!

I am half way through the wool CG kindly sent me so I won't say no CK.:-) Thanks.

Quilts to plan & make now the fabric has arrived. Slight problem is the stuff I have been sent to make two of them is curtain material & quite thick. I am washing it to see if it softens. Trouble is non quilters think any fabric will do & it is quite unsuitable.:-(

I didn't think that was too bad CG. I will wash it before I use it though as there is a lot of dressing in curtain fabric. I have emailed the lady to tell her it isn't really suitable. It makes hard work of a simple job really.

do you have any vanilla extract in???

if you do, sniff that
it will quell any cravings for sweet things or chocolatey things

didn't they make some diet patches made that smelt off vanilla a few years ago?

yes they do
like for cigarette patches, they have chocolate patches
but putting a couple of drops of vanilla extract on a fabric plaster works the same

sniff when you have a craving, it takes it away
