I have just found a card poked through the door from a mum of one of the little boys I made a Thomas quilt for with a photo of him with the quilt. Quite brought a lump to my throat!

Jane the community nurse popped it in. I was in the shower so didn't hear her. There are three quilts for her to pick up. She came a bit early for me! lol

Morning ladies.  I nipped outside into the beautiful sunny morning, but I didn't smile, I went 'Brrrrrrr' it's absolutely freezing.  I think the wind is coming straight from Siberia!!

Are you just 'grandmotherly' pacing mags, or are you 'she's in the hospital and it will be any minute' pacing?

I noticed last night and again this morning that the 'subscribed' emails that tell me this thread has been updated arrive about 3 hors after the actual post is posted.  That's a lot of good isn't it!!

Daughters waters went yesterday morning, but no contractions. Will only leave her a max of 48 hours because of risk of infection though.

She has a hospital appointment this morning and has taken her bag with her.

So a bit of both really. Know it won't be long, and with military precision, it looks like he will arrive exactly on time 😄

All so cute maggie, and may I say, you have excellent taste in fabric!;-)  I've just had a thought, I've got a piece of fabric which is 60"x70", but there's a couple of snags. 1) it's 100% cotton, and 2) the pattern repeat is about 8 to 12 inches.  Would it be any good to you for wiggly bags or anything?
