I was trying to go as slow as I could honestly.
I'm still using a stick to walk with when I'm not hanging onto the trolley!!!
Glad you survived it capt. Just you keep it to going to work for the first week or so, no running marathons in the afternoons!!
That squeak reminded me of something.
Hubby used to have a boy help him out with the chickens on a Saturday (a few years ago now) One day the boy was pushing a squeaky wheelbarrow. Hubby said to him, 'Can you hear that squeak? it's going
squeak.....................................................squeak................................................................squeak,,,,,,,,,..................................................? The boy said yes he could.
Hubby said, 'Well it should be going squeak squeak squeak, so get a move on!!'

LOL! Gorgeous day here today. There is a battle going on outside as to who gets the nestbox, sparrows or bluet*ts.

Morning all.
Unfortunately back in hospital - had to rush to A & E late last night with dangerously low calcium levels. They also found a raging kidney infection, so I am back on a cocktail of anti-biotics - hopefully they will start to work soon. Should be home by the weekend at the latest.

That's not good Stroppy. I hope they get it under control soon.
I think the sparrows have won the battle!

Oh Stroppy not again, our thoughts are with you. Don't stay too long, you have still got to give them hell at work remember.

Hope that you're soon feeling better Stroppy. We need you out of hospital sooner rather than later so that you can get your employers sorted out.

Morning all. Hope that everyone is as well as can be expected. It's rather grey and wet here this morning and it doesn't feel warm. Never mind though. It's spring isn't it??????????

Beautiful day here today, cold, crisp and sunny.

Grey & damp here.

Warm and sunny here. Done my fifty lengths (I'm just raising the cover here) and now waiting for my fish and chips!!

Is the water nice & warm? It would have to be to get me in it however inviting it looks.

It's literally like getting in a bath.
Daughter told me what her electric bill is PER WEEK the other day, I couldn't believe it.

A lot more than mine is for a month I bet!

And mine!

I'd love to have a pool like that. Where I go for my swim, the temperature seems to very from day to day. It wasn't too bad today. Mind you, we do get some who complain even when the water is warm. If they will just stand in the pool chatting, it will feel cold.
