Afternoon all.  Like the bags Maggie and here's another vote for the top one.

It's a bit cool here at the moment but at least the rain's stopped.  In fact, it's sunny here at the moment.

Lovely bags Maggie.

Dry and bright here, but VERY cold.

Feeling grotty despite being dosed up with heavy duty painkillers - consultant has a new "pressure washer" machine so I agreed to let him clean out "the hole". Slight problem as they didn't want to use a general anaesthetic and won't dare risk a spinal, so we went with gas and air. It was certainly an interesting experience. Wish I was at home and could get warm and comfy and probably sleep.

Aww the Drs new toy sounds horrid , hope your more comfy now stroppy 🙂

Got my car back with new gas in its air con ,  i drove home freezing cold & realised they had left it on brrr

Poor Stroppy.  Hope that you feel better soon.  I always think that wherever possible, if you are ill, you feel better in your own home.

I am here, but only just, had a rubbish evening apart from my tea,  bloomin weather, been out picking up stuff. Took the dogs out, not that either of them were that bothered.

Morning all.  Admits to not noticing the dog as well.

Well, we've woken up to frost this morning.  The roofs and tops of cars look bad but I must admit that the road seems clear.  I hate frost as much as I hate snow.

We have frost here too this morning,   it was very cold last night .

It's lovely here & so quiet without the wind blowing. A breif respite I think before it returns tomorrow.

Hello Cynthia, welcome.  This thread does seem to have lost it's way recently.  We used to sew, now it's a general gossip fest.  Do you sew?

Hi Cynthia. Well most of us sew but the thread has gone off on a tangent of late. Are you a crafter? We do like pictures. 

Come on all of you,show your sewing & crafts to get the thread back to what is used to be. Non sewers still post  too.

My granddaughter made her dad a cushion for his birthday.  It's not very good but she's only just nine and it was her first ever go on a sewing machine.
