Good mood time, I've just tried on an old pairs if jeans that haven't met round me for at least 2 years, not only do they go round me but they now do up easily, so at least one size down.More motivation for the gym at 6.00am

Was bad enough a few years ago but packing up smoking in June 2010 really did for me, I piled on the wieght, but now I definately feel fitter. Hubby has just made me lie on the floor (keep it clean!!!) & lift some wieghts over my head 5 times, I couldn't lift it off the ground about a month ago
