Lottie goes for her last (I think) check up tomorrow.  Hopefully she'll be allowed to run and play.  I wonder if she's lost any more weight.  You could see she looked thinner before, but there doesn't seem to be much difference this time.:-(

neither of my girls like babies, or children much for that matter

kirsty was showing me a girl on facebook she went to school with who just had a baby, she said can you imagine doing that at our age?? (she is 21) what a waste, god no!

i said you may change how you feel later on

she said why will babies and children change??

lolly dislikes children more than kirsty

and bradley isnt fussed either

so i am thinking no grandchildren for us,!

Morning! I would have been horrified at 21 too. Had James when I was 25. Somehow seemed a lifetime apart yet 4 years go in a flash now.

when kirsty was about 6 i thought

she is gonna be an eccentric lady who lives in a huge house on a clifftop

wearing baggy grey cardigans, grey hair in a bun with a few cats

dont know why

but i still think that

she is too career orientated to be anything else

lolly is too.... selfish isnt the word, because she isnt, but  she enjoys her life too much to want children

and bradley isnt fussed

children are "spare" people 😐

Sam gave me the biggest compliment he could, without even realising. He said that when he and Emz have children, they want to give them what he had. He said whoever earns the most will stay in work and support the one who stays home. They want their children to know that there is always someone there:-x

That sounds like I'm dissing working parents:-(

I'm not, it just would never of worked for us.

I never had 'the mother' at home and never had a father full stop. Uncy ken was/is the closest thing to a dad I've ever had:-x

I spose we wanted our kiddies to have what we never had, a feeling of stability and security:-)

But I do know it's 'horses for courses':-)
