I still havnt made a start on making my bedroom curtains , i need 3prs 😮 once i get started on them i'll be ok just need a kick up the jacksie !

Morning. Up all night with an upset tummy.:-( Still feels a bit sore so not doing much today. I had Macaroni Cheeses for tea which I really love but sometimes it has a bad reaction with my tum! 😞

I loath making curtains.

I used to do soft furnishings for a living  & made so many pairs of curtains ...so thats why i dont like doing them now 😐

I need to clear a large floor area to measure & cut them then i will be ok with the sewing .

how much kapok can you inhale before you sneeze out a cloud?:^O

fortunately its a beautiful day here

so i went and sat in the garden to finish

not a job when you wear all black clothes

I use polyester stuffing as it's child & fire safe. Not used Kapok since I was a child.

she's been ill off and on for a while but she started with cystitus symptoms over the weekend while at her BFs so I told her to drink plenty of water and cranberry juice. She went off to college this morning and they sent her home so she went straight to her docs, they've checked her out and told her she's gotta go to the hossie:-(

i was sitting with Dolly on my knee, sewing bits

and i realized i stuck my needle in her face for safe keeping:_|

she is much bigger than i anticipated

but as i keep sewing

she is becoming spookily like me:_|

i should have maybe used a pattern instead of making it all up as i go along:^O

least if i make it up, i cant go wrong:^O

To answer your question. Damson is fine with stationary cats. When they run it's a different matter & she will chase them. I dread to think of the result if she caught one! 😮

Many years ago my parents took on a Golden Retriever called Spencer.  He'd been trained to chase, catch and kill rabbits for the pot, ie. they didn't have a mark on them after being killed.  This was achieved by catching the rabbit, tossing it up in the air and catching it round the ribs, gently squeezing the ribs until they snapped, causing them to puncture the lungs.  The bunnies didn't like this much.  Neither did the cats he managed to do the same to in the short time my parents had him.:-(  He was kept on the lead and walked at night but he still managed to get a few in the time he was with us.  They rehomed him in the country.  He should never have been allowed to come to us, living in a terraced house in a city. 😐

I am afraid she would shake it.:-( She has a toy Duck & a Pheasant & shakes the bejeebers out of them!
