Good morning. 🙂 Had a good evening yesterday. Have a new chef at the sports club we go to (no of course I don't actually play any sports) & we were invited to a free tasting night. Had 2 starters & 2 main courses. Everyone else seemed to eat everything! How can anyone eat 2 full dinners! :_|

I have discovered Christmas can be very useful for smuggling in new wool supplies & not letting OH open any parcels that arrive. ]:)

CG - I could do with that slipper. Struggling to find normal socks that I can wear - all are too tight as my foot/ankle still swollen 😞 Perhaps I need to copy Merlin's daughter and just order loads of new stretchy socks that will never darken the doors of the tumble drier!!

Big day today as I'm taking Mum out for the first time since coming home from hospital. mJust dropping her at a friends for lunch to test if her legs will hold her.

These offers in the shops.  They're always 3 for the price of 2.  If I'm buying for my four grandchildren  I always wish the offer was 4 for the price of 3 as  I always have to buy the three and get the offer and then buy one full price.:-(

I know it works out exactly the same but it's just the psychological effect!:^O
