I have excema in my ears too. I could tear them off my head sometimes with the itching. They go all weepy & very sore too.:-( It seems to be a family thing. Not nice.

Sorry for all those with itchy, hurty bits. 😞 Lovely day here but for some reason I can't be bothered to get up!

The only thing that helps is steroid cream. I use Betnovate.

i had blepharitis once - eyelids, eye brows, patch at top of forehead and one ear canal, putting ointment in an ear is quite an art  😐

did they test that it is excema and not something else

try concentrating on a different body part, something on the opposite side of the body

does your ecxema (sp)  get affected by what naughty foods you eat? or weather?  or what?

I have suffered from it for over 50 years. Nothing in particular makes them flare up but saying that they are bad almost all the time. My dad had the same, & my sone & daughter to a lesser degree.

the Doc reckons stress of any kind triggers mine. I can remember walking roung B&Q once and my mobile rang, it was school, oldest had had the $ hit kicked out of him by a 21yro who had come onto school grounds, Sam was 14 at the time. By the time I got to the car, my ears had swollen so badly that I couldn't hear:|

Good afternoon you scabby lot!:O

I've never had eczema in my ears, sounds horrific.:-(

I get wax now and again but have mastered the art of syringing them so it doesn't annoy me for too long.

I get varicose eczema on my ankles but have found I can prevent it by putting moisturising cream on every night.

I don't like the sound of eczema in the ears, you all have my sympathy.:-x
