Morning 🙂

I think it will take time - was talk yesterday of different types of casts and then walking casts etc etc 😞 Will be easier once I can weight bear as I'll be able to do stuff.

I managed to have a good wash this morning - so glad we've a small ensuite and the bidet came in handy 😉 We've put a chair in there so I can pull myself around on that. I shall miss my showers & baths though 😞

Off to the hospital for a new cast in a while. CG not sure exactly where you are but know you're that way so shall wave!!

Merlin - a maid would be handy - though boys & MrH doing a good job so far.

someone forgot to turn on the daylight here today, i normally cant open the blinds in here till around now as its too bright (shines off my screen) but this morning i have the lights on!

Had no internet for most of yesterday due to a linr fault in the area 😞

Went to a lovely Craft Fair though and got a few nice bits 🙂

Off to a Scarecrow Festival today ( will need to keep OH on a lead in case he gets judged LOL)

Hippy - sorry to hear about your injury. I tore my ligaments a few years ago and it was more painful than a broken leg, so hope you aren't in too much pain. As the others said, you need waiting on hand and foot. And just think of all the things you can't do , like ironiong and shopping 😉

Home again

Can't fault the NHS - another lovely bunch of people I've seen this am 🙂 Now have a posh new purple cast 🙂 No weight bearing for 2 more weeks - then I can a heel thingie fitted so I'll be able to start to use 2 legs again. However I won't be plaster free till 24th October 😞 I think I might need to think about a sock for my bad leg else my toes will get cold!!

Ouch Hippy! 😞 Plaster makes the muscle wear away so you'll have a lovely skinny leg for Christmas. :^O You could buy a vampish dress with a slit up that side! Unless of course you've got perfect pins already of course! I don't know!
