Our heatings never been turned off yet 😐
15-03-2011 6:21 PM
The only heating we've had on all winter is the Aga and under floor in our bathroom. I'm in short sleeved T shirt. In the other house I had long sleeved thermal vest and one or two sweaters from October to May!:^O

I wonder how often they update those google street view pictures. I find them very handy for planning a car journey, even if it's just across town if you don't know the area very well, where to park, what the building you're looking for looks like etc. 🙂

How many did you buy Merlin, would you like someone to test live them for you 😄
15-03-2011 8:15 PM
i couldnt decide between 2, so i just left it
i like looking at houses for sale, but wow do they sell a LOT of magnolia paint in America!:^O
kitchens dont have windows much either, that would drive me insane
15-03-2011 8:17 PM
From the air our house looks totally different to on the ground.
That's because it is!:^O
15-03-2011 8:17 PM
oh gawd there's got to be a window at the sink, pointless doing the pots otherwise :^O
15-03-2011 8:20 PM
My sink's in the middle of the kitchen on an island.:|
15-03-2011 8:22 PM
i dont mind if the sink isnt at a window, but to have no windows just doesnt seem right
especially if i am paying $25million:^O
15-03-2011 8:34 PM
I can still see out because half the kitchen is glass, but I have a telly on a turntable right near the sink, so I can turn it to watch while I do anything at the sink.;-)

We have a tv in the kitchen - it is so old - about 10 years and is huge compared with modern portables - keep thinking its going to die but it revives itself.
Hate to tell it that its days are numbered - digital in coming finally to Suffolk this year!!
15-03-2011 8:54 PM
needs to be able to look outside if i'm washing pots 🙂
No tv in the kitchen but if i realy stretch my legs and peep around the door i can almost see the one in the room :^O
