This is so slow tonight. I've just logged out and in again but it's no better!!  Getting fed up of watching the little blue circle going round and round!X-(

I've got a big box of chocolates that I got for my birthday a couple of weeks ago.  I can resist them while they're still sealed, bit I know as soon as I open them they'll be gone in a couple of days.:_|

Chocs sound lovely Merlin BUT I've rashly decided to give up chocolate for lent - bearing in mind in this there's my birthday and mothers day its going to test me seriously but I'll give it a whirl (no not a chocolate one 😉 ).

Good morning.. the sun coming through the window woke me this morning before the alarm went off.. it must be spring!

I love chocolate.. but have to very careful as am soya intolerant and lots of companies ( especially cadbury) fill chocolate full of the evil stuff..

i ducked as i knew it would come back down even although i was still holding onto it, so i looked like i was fighting/being attacked by it:^O

lol @ Merlin folio fighting! 😄 It's clouding over here now after a bright start. Much milder than of late though. You can keep your nasty snow! 😉

used Lollys camera
text to ask where the lead is,
 in my camera bag

so need to be later for the photos, sorry

did phone for the recipe though
i didnt realize,
 its a no cook recipe

1 cup icing sugar
1 cup coconut
2oz butter or soft spread
chocolate

mix icing sugar & coconut in a bowl
add spread, mash with a fork until it comes together
(mother used bertoli spread, and said she had to add a tiny bit more to bind it all completely)

roll into balls, and place in fridge overnight
the mix will be soft when it goes in, but firm when it comes out

roll in melted chocolate

eat!:^O

Thanks for the recipe merlin, I'll give that a go, I've got some coconut lurking at the back of the pantry somewhere.

I'm a lady what lunches today so I'd better get ready as I'm meeting my two sisters in law at 12.00!:O
