Those glasses would look nice with layers of different coloured marbles and the 'ice cream' on the top rhubarb.:-D

Yes towery, custom built so the bottom crate sits in a little recess and I can push them all from the front door in one go. 😄

Yes towery, hubby had sanded the wheels to make them clean for indoors so he didn't want to put it outside (when I told him I wasn't keeping it indoors!) then he found it just fitted next to the hand basin in the cloakroom in his egg room.  As I never go in there, and neither does anybody else if they have any sense, I let him put it there. :^O

He said when I get my new hip he'll fasten a chair to it and I'll be able to get around the house!:|

THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Hello all, we went out for lunch today and, trying to be good, I had a salad. Didn't enjoy it! Everyone else had yorkshires and yummy stuff! I have been on a strict 1200 calories a day diet for three weeks now. Not working at all! First week lost 2lb, second week put it back on, third week lost 2lb. Given the carp results and only having alcohol at weekends it's not worth the stress! I've never dieted before! It's murder! I WILL be ten pounds lighter by New Years Eve!

Merc, I think we are all shocked that someone we know suffered at the hands of HS. Did you suspect he was 'wrong' or find out afterwards? Tell me to mind my own business if you want.

Evening

Sorry not been in. Mum is getting worse instead of better. Turns out she had a fall on Saturday morning, but didn't want to tell anyone. The demons are back every night and are now jumping from the ceiling onto her bed.

It obviously isn't just a water infection as she has now finished the antibiotics.

We are due at one hospital tomorrow for her 12 month cancer check, so I'll tell them what is happening and see if there could be any connection. The Doctor we saw last week, from another hospital, is due to ring me for a phone consultation tomorrow afternoon, so I think I'll be taking her back on Tuesday.

In between visits, I've managed to make a couple of cushion covers for Grandsons. Have also sewn up two Aran cushion covers and started 3 origami trees,

Learning, I know they are experts but ask if her sodium levels are OK. My Dad had problems with his.

Will do - in fact I think I'll ask for every level to be checked as she can't go on like this.

Morning. Chilly & very windy here today. Glad I shall be sat in a nice warm hall all day. Tomorrow I am going to a huge fabric place in Henley on Thames. It's a SW Quilters coach outing. No money to spend but that is probably for the best! lol Damson is off to the kennels for a couple of days.

I don't mind you asking huggles, but it's more than a sentence or two to explain.

I will gladly tell the whole story ( I still think people should know ), but it's long, & it's sad, & I don't know if this is the place to tell.

I'm not out to upset people, & it will.

I'll leave it to you folk to decide.
