Morning all, hope everyone is well & hope CK gets on OK at the dentist. Day off today! Will get all the dreaded chores done am, off to list an antique snooker table for some elderly friends at lunch time then hopefully the afternoon is mine to do some making up & button sewing. Have youngest's sixth form parent's meeting at 6.00 though.

yes, I'm back from the dentist, this morning was easy ............. not looking foward to going back this afternoon though, got to have another tooth out :_| it should be fun afterwards, the injections make me go all lightheaded for ages 😮

My little GS Jamie was eleven yesterday! It doesn't seem possible!

when I had one out the other week, the one next to it broke in half as she was pulling it out, the filling won't hold so thats coming out now 😞

I've not had to have any teeth out since I was 19 so I haven't done bad considering there not in the best of condition due to neglecting them when I was young 😞

I was so strict with the boys when they were growing up & it paid off, non of them has needed any fillings 🙂

Off out to lunch in a while with my Dad and his Mum.

We've a meeting at school next week to discuss eldests plans for joining 6th form in Sept 2012 and one a few weeks later to discuss youngests GCSE options - am sure they can't be this old!!

Waves all round.

I've got toddler earlier today as she didn't go to nursery because she's got spots.  The first one appeared on Sunday and the doc said they could be bites or an allergy and has given her antihistamines and anti-biotics if she needs them.

She's got the big spots on her tummy which have purple around them, then just to the right there's a fine rash and she's got a fine rash on her face too.  Anyone seen similar before?  (she's had chickenpox so they're not that, unless it's a very mild case)

I expect it's something and nothing, she was a bit quiet when she first arrived but I think that was because she'd fallen asleep in the car.  She's had her fish and chips for lunch (she's not bothered about the chips but she adores fish and has her own large portion that she devoirs in minutes!) now she's having a little rest.

She went to bed before I could check her hands and feet for spots towery, I'll look when she gets up again.

She's not particularly pretty to be honest ck (I can say that because I'm her grandma, although I wouldn't say it to her mum)  but she's getting better.  Her half sister was really ugly, I know that sounds horrible but it's a fact, she was the most ugly baby I've ever seen, but now, at nearly seven, she's beautiful.:-x

Afternoon 🙂

Poor little mini-CG - probably viral - am sure thats what the Doctor said about my 2 when they had also sorts of rashes as smaller people - they did have hand/foot/mouth  but I can't remember what the rash looked like. Think if we'd have had digital photography then I'd have taken pics for the record!!

Been out with family today for lunch 🙂 Managed some steps - slowly but I did them 🙂
