she spends (like me) hours getting ready

Kirsty rolls outta bed, in the shower, into her clothes and looks immaculate in minutes

she has fabulous skin and silky shiney hair, so she looks great in seconds

not so much after her impromtu shower:^O

We have had thunder, lightning & a deluge here too. Damson is under the table!

Morning ladies.  I see the smileys are back for a while.:-D  It's a bit grey and drizzly here but it looks as though it will brighten up later.

Toddler this afternoon so not much else planned.  I'm in the middle of making more bunting, I sewed and turned/pressed  23 yesterday, it's surprising how long it takes!

Its cold damp & dull here again , ive sorted out me fleecy dressing gown already .

Poor Damson & it will soon be bonfire night too so all our animals will be upset ))) fireworks(((((

Im off to art class after lunch im no good at it but its fun 🙂

we have had a few fireworks here the last few nights

stoopid cat has done numerous backflips off the window ledge trying to catch them, and lands with a thud everytime

must be awful if your animal is scared though:-(

Merlin, we had a dog that used to love fireworks! he would sit at the window and wait until they went up into the sky and then look all expectantly waiting for the bang!! wot a daft doggie ((((((Mr Bobby))))) RIP x

Fed up. Have been ironing all day, the weather is carp, have no car because OH's is being mended so he's taken mine, can't buy lard anywhere in the village, feel fat, OH doesn't listen to a word I say when I phone him, house needs cleaning top to bottom & I want to put the heating on & do some knitting.

Can't it's not dark. X-( And to be fair if I wasn't wearing crops & a vest with bare feet I wouldn't need to! Off to finish the ironing.

I just had an hour knitting, now its time to go & do battle with a king size duvet cover  ............ shopping later &  I'm hoping one or two bottles of half price Baileys fall into my trolley   😄

Why does it have to be dark to put the heating on ?

Maybe try putting some clothes on women ...... I thought I was the only one still dressing like its summer 😄

Ironing all done, beds changed, steak pie made, now I can knit! 😄 We never put the heating on during the day. Most of the time we're at work & the boys would be walking around in boxers with the place like a sauna. Makes the evenings nice & cosy. We had the cavity insulated over the summer & it's making a real difference.

Ive just spent 2hrs ar art class watching talented folk paint whilst  i have sketched a flower . 😞

Evening

Been so warm here again today - definately no heating needed - had windows all open.

Had a physio appointment this afternoon - be jealous ladies - I had my duff leg massaged by a hunky physio 🙂 He's doing it all again next week - might have to say it hurts further up 😉
