Do you have a maid Mags? and a cook and a cleaner and a laundress etc. etc.??  How do you find the time to knit so much?

I've just done a little sewing that I was going to do this afternoon until son rang and asked if I could have the toddler for a couple of hours.:|

ooopps..

I bought a magazine in a well known magazine shop ( exclusive to that shop)

it has a really nice sewn dolly pattern in..

no problem there..

BUT..

it also came with some knitted toy patterns.. and some crotchet toy patterns..

AND Knitting needles, a crotchet hook, some wool and what I think are a pair of toy eyes..   OOPS..

not finished my latch hook cushion cover yet..  good job it's nearly winter.. cold evenings in and all that!

I'm sure, when I was a child, older kids would light and smoke cinnamon sticks. Is that possible or is  my memory playing tricks on me?

I've never had such an easy child to look after!  She's very lively and literally runs everywhere, just like her dad did, but she just said 'I'm tired'. I asked her if she wanted to go for a little rest, she said 'Yes' so she's gone to bed. I'll wake her after an hour as her dad will be here to pick her up at three fifteen.:-D
