I'll see what I can do! 😐

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

morning!

my cat still "babies" the mouse
the only weird thing is, she never thinks to take it outside

we have had loads of toys for her and she never even looks at them
only thing she does go for is my laser thermometre
allwell and good when someone is playing with her with it, not so much when i have a pan of boiling sugar making tablet or jam

if you wrap it up your cat will smell it
mines never reacts to catnip usually

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Morning

Tis cold here today - light sprinkle of snow.

Still got little son off school - really not worth sending him for a church service & class party. He's better off staying in the warm.

I think in 2011 I'll have to get some of the catnip mice for my sisters cats - I want to see what effect they have on them!!

Keep warm girls xx

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Bradley LOVES school
he always has, he will go above & beyond

he has stayed for 2 trains to be cancelled,i said to come home, but he is waiting on the next to see if it comes

i am more worried he wont get back if he does go to school
he is actually further away from the school, than he is at home, but he has to travel out, to get back in (if that makes sense)

maybe i should point out, that my little man, that i worry about, that i make hot choccy with mallows for, is actually a 6ft 1 strapping big  16 year old lad!:^O
just incase anyone has visions of a wee 7 year old boy stranded in the snow!

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

We all do the same - my eldest is over 6foot now but I still think of him as a little cuddly 6 year old!!

Even my baby is 13 in the new year! Fortunatley he is still shorter than me (just) so I can call him my little one!!

Great start to my day - just scared the postie!! Well they will arrive before I got showered & dressed!!

I think our local office are desperatly trying to get caught up. Postie was in a hired van!!

Wondering if his trolley pushing mate might bring me something later too - still a couple of things I know are out there for me!!

Morning all 🙂

Snow last night but not heavy thankfully, that's due tomorrow apparently 😞

Minus 3 so frozen hard and bolts had stuck solid on the chicken house, managed to open it without resorting to a hammer 😄

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Good Morning 😄

Well the post is finally moving ... I've had 3 parcels arrive already today .... all separately.

We had snow yesterday, I'm not sure what the temperature is but what fell during the evening has frozen solid.

Need to finish my last 2 sock monkeys today & get them posted ...... hope they arrive in time 😐

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

I have snow too but its very odd - its fell as little tiny snowballs! And now the temp is dropping, so its freezing to the path 😐 I'm just glad George is finishing school early today cos there is more forecast for after lunch. I love snow but I need it to wait til tuesday now - I have my last bits of shopping on Saturday, and a funeral to go to on Monday
