Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Good afternoon 🙂

CK :-x  Sounds like your Mil is making her mark & settling in :^O, nothing wrong with speaking her mind, it comes with age i hear 😉

We like late night/early morning shopping, seems more relaxed rather than pushing by everyone, and there's less traffic 🙂

((( CG ))) That sounds like it has been a monster of a cold and realy needs kicking into touch, show it who's the boss, drink a few more bottles of brandy, just incase the second one is drunk by CK 😉 Hope you recover soon 🙂

We have snow 🙂

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Thank you Learning! :-x Two very gorgeous little striped monkeys popped their heads out of a parcel that arrived today. Have explained to them that they will have to stay hidden for a few more days but then they will be very loved by two baby boys........who are 20 & 15. 😐

I think my two will really appreciate the concept of sock monkeys!!!

Thank you again, you are really very talented!

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

It can't be my germs that gina's got because I've still got all mine!:^O  Get well soon gina.:-x  It's very embarrassing when old people speak their minds like that isn't it? My dad used to do it!:8}  We've still only got rain here, we're not forecast snow until tomorrow night, and then not very much.  Temperatures down to -7 though.  Anyone got a pattern for woolly bloomers?

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Towery - its been sleeting here on & off since late afternoon.

Had a big tesco delivery this afternoon - so apart from fresh stuff& collecting the meat we are sort of sorted food wise for christmas 🙂

Most importantly there was a bottle of baileys in there - just wondering if it will survive till Christmas Eve ]:)

aftevening:^O

i'm going to use that

i never know what to say at this time of the day!

reminds me of my friends little one, she would then  be about 3, her & bradley were inseperable when young
one day she was asked to do something and she said "i willn't"

i looked at her
and i said,pardon?
she said i willn't

could i explain to a 3 year year old the opposite of will was NOT willn't:^O

i still use willn't even now!

I am back from damp Somerset to damp Dorset. Just drizzle & not cold yet. It will probably reach us tomorrow. I am shattered! A glass of wine & the sofa are calling.:-D

Now that's true. Poor Damson was on her own today from 12 until 5.30. She didn't make a puddle & her only 'naughty'was to 'rearange' my Xmas wrapping paper! lol

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

I was checking my updated feedback & the last one was from catknitter for my MDCC mouse. Unfortunately the moggy was sitting on the arm of my chair having his head scratched, hopefully he can't read or that'll be his christmas surprise ruined. Trying to get a little stocking for it now!

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

I'm hoping he'll play with it. He's not really a 'toy'animal, but I'm taking Merlins recommendation that her cat loved it when he doesn't normally play with toys.
