Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD

oooooooh how did that go towery?

i make homemade hobnobs as well and use oats in them
they stay more risen

millies are supposed to collapse, they arent a rounded "biscuit"

if mine dont fall when i take them out the oven, i bang the tray to make them

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD

:Omalteser cookies!

i just wondered if it made them less sweet
i like making, and they take them in their packed lunch
i make them so they fit their bento boxes:^O

but like a lot of things, i find them too sweet
adding some oats in the last few may make them more palatable for me

Morning ladies.:-D

Yes, they only lasted about a day because they were all eaten, 3 at a time in my son's case.:^O  The only person who tried them and didn't like them was my eight year old grandson who said they were too sweet (strange picky child).  I know you said to use muscovado sugar for the chewiness merlin, but do you think they'd be ok with an ounce or so less granulated sugar??:|

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD

Hi everyone, not been here for absolutely ages, you've all been busy!  Warm and windy here.  Am loving the gingerbread men and houses, they are fantastic.  Ive done a few bits, its not sewing though. I wanted to put some pictures on but its not letting me. I've copied code from photobucket but when I come back to paste, the paste bit isnt clickable, can anyone help pleeeeeeeeease. x

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD

Thanks Chickengrandma :-x  I got the idea from www.craftster.org/forum/post/reply/messageID=2000092015

I can't copy and paste links onto here, have I done something wrong in preferences? It wouldn't let me do it from photobucket either
