Evening all.

Non stop at work, and I've had to bring stuff home to do - I need to print address labels and the template that I have doesn't fit the labels that I have. I keep saying that buying cheap labels is false economy as it just means what should be a five minute job taking ages.

I download Avery templates for labels Stroppy.

Maggie - I can manage Avery labels with no fuss, but the office insist on buying "cheap" labels, that are totally non-standard sizes, so I have to manually format. I keep saying that more is spent on staff time than we save on the labels, but it falls on deaf ears.

I buy cheap labels too Stroppy but they have an 'Avery equivelent' size on them so the templates work fine.

They are supposed to be for me....but she hasn't seen them yet so I might have to fight her for them ...

Evening all.

They are lovely Twishy.  Well done.

Had a lovely day out.  We had our lunch of fish, chips and mushy peas which was delish.  We then went for a spot of retail therapy.  We bought Grace a lovely dress for Easter and my mum bought herself a lovely white top from the M&S outlet.  I bought myself a couple of cheap lipsticks but I didn't buy any clothes as I couldn't see anything I liked.  I was looking for some new crew neck T shirts as I can't wear low necked T shirts now since having the skin cancer last year.  I'll keep looking round to see if I can see any I like.

Gorgeous lamps Twishy. Rather grey & dull here today but at least it's dry. Enjoy your Thursday whatever you are doing.

I've got to go and get some new glasses now...

Just knocked them off the side by the sink whilst reaching for a towel to dry my hair..and then trod on them when I moved to peer on the floor for them....

I look like Harry Potter's granny with lop sided,elastoplasted glasses.....

blind as a bat without them....gonna look a right pilldork walking through town to the opticians....
