Hello CK yes we won the match but I lost my game and did'nt get in till about 1am and by goodness it was cold on the walk wobble home.

Everywhere very crisp and white with frost this morning so think a run out for coal mat be necessary.

Morning all.  Sorry you lost you pool match Stan.  You're right, it is very crisp this morning.  When I started the car at around 7.40, it was telling me that the temperature was minus 2.  It's now plus 3 but it still feels mighty cold.  When I first went out, the pavements weren't iced up but some of them are now.  Hope that everyone stays warm and safe.

No idea how cold it is outside but it's nice & warm in the breakfast room with the sun through the windows. I might make some more raggy wreaths today.

Beautiful morning here, sun pouring through the lounge window, just highlights the doggy noseprints on the glass and the cobwebs on the ceiling, off to get me feather duster.  Cold out though.

cold? it was flippin' freezin' here at 4am, we put the hot water bottle on the dashboard to thaw out the windscreen, very impressed it worked!! and I got to hold the bottle on the way to work!

it's still bitterly cold now. I'm not moving from the lounge now for an hour or two. time for a wee sleep

It's warmed up a bit here thankfully.  One good thing about our car is that it has heated windscreens front and back which is brilliant.  I've put the car behind the gates again so if it freezes again tonight at least the car shouldn't be too bad in the morning.

Do you have a Ford Chris?

I've been checking out cars with heated screens, and it seems to be mainly Fords - apart from high end BMWs and Mercs etc.

Been to Harrogate to the Knitting and Stitching Show and had a wonderful day.

Brought back a few tasty morsels too

My Ford Fusion has a heated screen. Very good it is too.
