Good morning ladies.Smiley Happy

Yes, hope you're feeling much better twishy.xx.

No rain here today but it's hardly surprising seeing as we had a few drops yesterday.  Still, we can't be greedy.Smiley Wink

Re: forgetful mind

Good Morning everyone.

After a day of heavy showers yesterday, we have steady rain today. What's the betting that the lunch-time news is full of reports of flash flooding!

Busy working on an order for Xmas cards.

Hope Twishy is recovering well - has anyone heard from her?

Have a good day.

That is the problem they are trying to fix Chris. If you click on a sellers feedback or 'view listings' it takes you to the .com site. 'They' say they are working on it!

Dull & foggy here. I hope it cheers up later.

Re: forgetful mind

Coooeeeeeeeeeee all, am finally home, even if it is only for a short visit, :^)   Have to go back to Wrightington on Monday to see my own Surgeon, and hopefully he might have more idea about what is going on with my legs, as our local hospital drew negatives on everything they tested for!  They let me come home last night, on the promise that I would keep taking all the antibiotics etc., and rest my legs as much as possible.

Off to try and read through all the threads now, gawd you lot can natter on here! :^O

Re: forgetful mind

Afternoon all.

Know what you mean about energy CB.  We've had the plumber back to flush the central heating system out after he'd put the new boiler in.  I feel worse just sitting around all the time.  Normally, I'll do a little job and then have a rest and that's the way I manage to get things done sometimes.

You're right about the cost of houses.  One of my cousins lives in Barnet, London.  About 10 years ago, she said that it cost her about £90 to have a colour put on her hair.  Goodness knows how much it would cost now.

Hugs to all that need them.

Re: forgetful mind

Waves back to Stan.

It's wet and cool here at the moment but according to the weather forecasters, we have the hot weather back again tomorrow.  It does make a pleasant change to feel comfortable instead of hot and sticky.  At least the gardens are looking better with the rain.

Hope that the Twishy one is alright after her op on Monday.  She's probably at the chocklit right now.  Don't know what made me think that.

Re: forgetful mind

Good morning all.  Hope that everyone is as well as can be expected.

PCC, I only ever parcel my items up when I get paid for them.  Strange how we all have our own ways of working isn't it?

We have some cloud around at the moment but the sun is trying to get through.  I think that we may be in for another heatwave according to the paper today.  I hate it too hot.

Must go now but I will come back  later.

Hugs to all that need them.
