You'll be fine Twishy says she who still has all her bits intact. I have heard that ladies are fine when they've had one.
Sending loads of hugs to Stroppy. Hope that it's better in the asylum this time. Mind you, it couldn't be much worse could it.
We've had a light shower here but everywhere is drying up now. It's still warm here as well. Earlier on this afternoon, it was 31 degrees here.

I just ended up back at the beginning of this thread again
seemed I'd got signed out
I really don't like how long its taking to find the last post
One good point though ........ I ended up on the page with the pics of the felt name bunting & banners that Learning had made ........ I think I might have a try at making one for Imogen
Any advice or tips would be welcome as something like that is way out of my comfort zone, will have to check out felt squares next time i'm near my wool shop

I think the new boards sign you out after a while - it was 30 minutes and I think they have increased it to something like two hours now.
The easiest way to get to the last page of a long thread like this is to look for the ">" just after the list of page numbers. If you click on the ">" you get taken to the top of the last page.
And something I learned only this week - if you press the "end" button on your keyboard (near the insert and delete buttons) it takes you to the bottom of the page - and if you press "home" it takes you to the top of the page - no need to scroll.

This is the start of my sock yarn blanket ...... thanks to everyone who sent me yarn.
ETA - won't let me post a pic as the image is too large
Do we have to change the size of all pics now

I went on the landscape icon up there ^^^^^ and clicked on browse and you can alter the size of the image. The photo above is a garden in Kendal when were there last week.

Meant to add that you can choose the size from small, medium and large.

Morning all. Hope that everyone is as well as can be expected. We had one almighty downpour at about 3am and now the sun's out again but we have been forecast more rain for today. In fact, it's a month's worth of rain we have scheduled for today. Plumber and son should finish doing the new boiler today and we have the hairdresser coming as well at 4.15. Should be fun.
Must go now but I'll be back later.
Hugs to all that need them.

It's not as warm as it has been but it feels a bit on the humid side. We still haven't had any more rain here but the gardens are looking better.

Afternoon all.
Chaos in work as seems most of the counties electric blipped off last night so lots of peeps needing to reset or restart equipment which means everybody wants an engineer right there right now and while their waiting their on the phone to me like it's my fault the power went off.
Twishy you'll be just fine and as peeps say less time to worry....................infact you've only enough time to have a bit of retail therapy to buy some much needed essentials for your hospital stay. Nooooooooo I didn't mean a new nightie and slippers how about a choccie drip and handcuffs so you can attach any dishy doc to your bed.
