We had chicken salad for tea.  For lunch, we had a small hotpot and mixed veggies.

I have cooked a duck which has been lurking in the freezer for two-and-a-half years and is 5 months over. It seemed okay! Has been solid like a brick for all that time.

belly pork, all crispy and yummilicious, mash and carrot and turnip, and lovely gravy and apple sauce.

 

OH had half a cheesecake for his tea!!!! honestly that sweet tooth of his....
