Seems I am doing it again,
For anyone who hasn't seen it before, or those with very bad memories, I'll refresh the rules.
Secret Santa is a bit of fun for Christmas that most people who join in seem to enjoy.
You send your name, address, likes and dislikes in a message to me (via that little grey envelope up there ^ ^ ) then at the beginning of December I will jumble them all together and send you each the details of one other member.
You then use the information given to buy or make them a Christmas gift to the value of £5. (unless the majority feel it should be a little higher now, due to inflation, but that can be discussed as we go along)
I'll tell you your victim recipient at the beginning of December and that should give you all time to prepare it for posting shall we say around the 15th, to allow plenty of time to arrive at it's destination and to be put under the tree, (or hidden by partners for those amongst you who can't resist a little sticky beaking!! You know who you are!!)
I think that's all, but if not I'm sure someone will remind me.

Oh hello twishy. I thought you'd be in bed by now!!
02-12-2013 11:30 AM
I've just had a message from Santa that one gift is already on it's way!!!
02-12-2013 11:49 AM
WOW SOMEONES ORGANISED
02-12-2013 12:18 PM
Don't we have a set posting date?
02-12-2013 12:50 PM
It's usually around the 15th but apart from the risk of the temptation being too great, I suppose earlier id ok. I suppoe it ensures it arrives in time and it's another job you can cross off your 'to do' list.
Just a note to the early recipient, KEEP YOUR STICKY BEAK OUT OF IT!!! I know who you are!

Did I?? Oh, about the value? Well no one said anything about changing it so I think most people are happy with it as it is.
If anybody thinks it should be more (or less for that matter) shout up and we'll see what most people want to do.

i think if someone wishes to spend more than the suggested £5 then that's fine, but just because person a spent £5+ that person b will not necessarrily spend £5+ does that make sence ?
and it's possible that person c will find / make the ideal gift for less than £5 that's fine too.
well that's my thoughts.
for me it's not how much i spend 🙂 or how much my gift is worth, it's the fun of trying to match my thoughts with the suggested likes/dislikes and...hoping i get it right !!!
and the fun of receiving my secret santa - hoping of course it isn't twishy !!!!!!!!!!!!!

p.s. please do not waste your money in buying/posting me nipple tassles - they'll go straight in the...bin
