Morning all. Not stopping poorly ed today have been ill in the night and at work so home now and back to bobos for a couple of hours.

Thank you think it might have been the fish I had last night I am sure there was nothing wrong with it. It was a little bit too fatty as I havent been eating fatty stuff since starting my diet.

I should have met two friends for lunch today.  One of them was the lady whose brother and BIL died recently.  My other friend's husband wasn't well so we decided that we'd leave it until next month.

Today we have done the grocery shopping, bleurgh...still it's done now, and the main thing I went out for I forgot....hhhmmm marbles gone again

I hate food shopping as well CB.  If I could do it on my own fine as it takes me longer if I have my mum with me.  Never mind.  She doesn't get out much so going food shopping is a treat for her.

It's years since I've heard bobos for sleep.

Couple of ourg/kids go Bobo's, one goes nightnights and the welsh one go to nos-nos

blowy here today but dry at least and we actually have a red sky tonight so hope the shepherds knew their stuff and the saying is correct

thanks all feeling a lot better now.  nearly time for bobos again now oh well where did that day go.  I have just done my shopping order for tomorrow.

Glad that you're feeling better now ed.  My mum's not been feeling to good today.  She seems to have been feeling out of sorts all day.  I'll have to keep an eye on her.  Hope that it's not a hospital job again but if that's what's needed, that's what will happen.
