hi all, bit haotic here have just hatched 6 chicks and they certainly are a lively lot! the weather has turned really cold and we have snow so am struggling to keep the chicks warm, they are in a box in the dining room at the moment, OH isnt too impressed at having them inside but it means i get to play with them frequently.

That's lovely.  I love chicks.  Hope that they will all be ok.

We've not had snow but it's been frosty the last couple of mornings.

I've been busy in the garden this week with the weather being good.  I have put the plants in that we bought from the garden centre we went to a couple of weeks ago.  I've got three new roses to put in the front garden and we have a load of bedding plants to put in but they can wait for a while.

Evening all. Thank god I live above shops in a flat and have no garden ! I hate gardening although there is nothing I like better than too look at a well kept and maintained garden.

have loved the weather this weekend and spent all hour's possible pottering about in the garden whilst the bird's demoilsh the feedsr and I sort weeds from from budding flowers .................. just hope I've dug up dandelions ond not ousted primroses

Now the spring is here ..... stop laughing....I will spend less time on the lappy as the garden will cry out for some attention.

Afternoon all.  Been out to lunch today with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'd love to be back in the garden but it's pouring with rain here at the moment.  We had had some snow this morning when I got up at 7am.  This weather is infuriating because we've so much to do in the garden.

Evening all.

I'm not doing too badly ed but have another worry over my mum.  We've found out that she now has a problem with her kidneys as well as the heart condition.  I have to take her for an ultra sound scan on 17th May, a doctor's appointment on 24th May and a heart scan on 9th June so it's all go at the moment.

Hopes that everyone is well.
