Morning all

Good old frost overnight but the sun is now out

We had a slight frost overnight which didn't seem to stick around for too long.  It's clouded over a bit now but it did try to rain a bit around 9.45.  Looking at the sky, it looks an awful lot like we are going to get some of the white stuff.  I hope not.

We had a sharp frost overnight, then it was sunny, then we had three flakes of snow, and now it's sunny again!

Still nippy though.

About half an hour ago, we had the mother and father of a hail storm.  It's a lot on the cool side as well.

I've spent the day huddled under 2 throws with a hot water bottle and still cold.  When I went for a bath, the water came out hot but cooled on contact with the freezing bath!  Ne' mind, got a cottage pie in the oven - that'll heat the kitchen, at least.

One of my cousins in South Wales was sitting in front of her log burner earlier on because she was so cold.  It's not so jolly hot here either.  We've had quite a few showers and there's a cold breeze as well.  There's a lot to be said for hibernation.  Oh for bedtime when I can snuggle up and be as snug as a bug in a rug.

That's a fantastic idea Mouse.  Mum's decided though she would like to go for a food shop tomorrow.  Let's hope we get there because we've been forecast with freezing fog in the morning.  Hopefully, they'll of got it wrong and when we wake up in the morning, it will be summer.  Here's hoping.

Afternoon all.  It's been absolutel freezing here today.  We've had frost, rain and fog.   After lunch, we did manage to get out for a food shop as the forecast isn't good over the next few days.

Morning all.  It's on the cool side here this morning as we have a light frost.  We also had a light snow shower last night at around 6 to 7pm.  

Must get a move on as my new bed is coming today and I've got loads to do.

It's warmed up quite a bit here today but we've got heavy snow forecast for tomorrow evening.  

My new bed arrived and it's now assembled.  It looks really good.
