SUNDAY'S food thread

As usual I shall be off out for Sunday lunch - the usual - roast chicken, yorkshire pudding, runner beans, dwarf beans, broad beans, carrots, cabbage, sugar snap peas,  new potatoes, cauli and broccoli - yes I love my vegetables - rather more veg on my plate that anything else. No pudding as I shall be waddling after that so it will be the usual hours walk with the dog.

Remember - it takes 17 muscles to smile and 44 muscles to frown - SO KEEP SMILING 🙂

Re: SUNDAY'S food thread

It's a wonder you'll be able to move after that!

Lunch: home-made scones and jam with lashing of clotted cream

Dinner: Home-made cottage pie with savoury mash topping (potato, sweet potato and butternut squash); maybe syrup sponge and custard to follow

Re: SUNDAY'S food thread

Specialist doctors don't work at weekends here - and the nurses aren't as helpful.

I can't actually decide if I'm hungry or not, I could order take out if I can think of something that I fancy.
