I've just heard that the target of £60 needed to fund the August trip expenses/medical bill has been reached! What a relief for Charlie's family. One hurdle over.
His Mum will be travelling with him to USA while his Dad stays here to take care of his twin Bobby. Sadly Mum will miss Bobby's first day at school whilst there 😞 but it is a small price to pay for Charlie's chance to have this life-changing surgery.
Again, thank you for your votes. I undertand there are so many deserving charities out there, and probably a lot of little Charlies needing help. You can help for free by voting 🙂 and I must add that his family & friends are so grateful fo any votes received xx

Just out of curiousity, which hospital will be taking care of Charlie ?
Is it in Houston, Texas.?

Thank you for your support x
Wilsonhepple - St Louis, Missouri. The childrens hospital - for a therapy called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy.
Hoping that the US surgeons can work their magic! x

Omg I forgot to tell you guys - Charlie won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
http://www.mountainwarehouse.com/community/Charity-Challenge-Competition/charity-challenge-winner
It was so crazy.... I was part of a little online Charlie's Angels team that posted on Facebook/tweeted/promoted everywhere possible as this was a difficult thing to try to win. The competitor who came 2nd was a trying to win for a massive charity with worlwide support - it was really a challenge!
You may have heard of Nowzad.... they rescus dogs from Afghanistan. Dogs who have become our heroes' best friends out there.
A really worthy charity too, but one that has a constant stream of support, particularly from our troops (British & American)
Charlie's fundraiser only has local support really, here in Surrey, and the prize will provide 100 hours of physio. He is recovering well from his operation and is soon going to be walking alongside his twin brother. He is doing so well 🙂
Thanks for your votes guys, you helped make this happen xxx
