I don't know anything about all this as I've never had a hair on my legs in my life.
Nope, not my eyelashes - the lovely long curved hairs that grow on my top lip but can reach my bottom lip if I stretch them out. Actually I've just looked and I now have some on my chin - if I leave them they'll be keeping my neck warm soon.

I'd just leave them, dye them in stripes and pretend it's a snood.

I had one hair growing in the middle of my chest when i was younger. It was quite fine but most odd!!!!!. I thought that meant something when that happened like having a streak of white in your hair at the front or something???. Oooeeeeerrrr. Its gone now though thank goodness!!.
