Mondays, moorish, mouthwatering morsels.

Tonight we are having Chicken a la leftovers with Brussels sprouts, carrots and peas, followed by a small Christmas pudding I have just discovered in the back of the cupboard.

Going to have left over beef and veggie stew in a giant yorkshire tonight. 🙂 Thanks Ed for reminding me of the Christmas pudding. 🙂 We could have that with some ice cream. 🙂

I've got Cinese spare ribs all ready to go in the oven.  I think I'll do a naked with those, and some veggies.  I haven't a clue what I'll give hubby.  I think I'll ask him what he fancies.

"Him indoors" cooked a roast chicken yesterday as he had eldest son, so today he's bringing me cold chicken (leftover) and a mixed vegetable salad - new potato (diced), cooked peas, sweetcorn, raw sliced mushrooms, raw sliced courgette, some cooked pasta, a bit of grated cheese, raw julienne carrots all bound together with a spoonful of ultra-light mayonaisse and some thick greek yoghurt. There will hopefully be some fresh bread to go with it.

Depends how you cook it capt!  My hubby won't eat anything tougher than ice cream and he wolfed down the liver we had the other day and really enjoyed it! Smiley Very Happy

I am with you CG, the liver I have is never tough either but I usually pan fry it quickly then put it in the onion gravy and slow cook it that way it just melts in your mouth.

We have liver quite often...but I've only had lamb's liver...I always thought any other would be a bit tough Woman Happy
