Tonight we are having Chicken a la leftovers with Brussels sprouts, carrots and peas, followed by a small Christmas pudding I have just discovered in the back of the cupboard.

Going to have left over beef and veggie stew in a giant yorkshire tonight. 🙂 Thanks Ed for reminding me of the Christmas pudding. 🙂 We could have that with some ice cream. 🙂

I've got Cinese spare ribs all ready to go in the oven. I think I'll do a naked with those, and some veggies. I haven't a clue what I'll give hubby. I think I'll ask him what he fancies.

Oh CG you don't want to do that you never know what answer you will get

Have no fear! Daughter brought him his favourite cheese flan/quiche whatever it is, so he can have naked and veggies too.
He doesn't get enough..............veggies that is!

"Him indoors" cooked a roast chicken yesterday as he had eldest son, so today he's bringing me cold chicken (leftover) and a mixed vegetable salad - new potato (diced), cooked peas, sweetcorn, raw sliced mushrooms, raw sliced courgette, some cooked pasta, a bit of grated cheese, raw julienne carrots all bound together with a spoonful of ultra-light mayonaisse and some thick greek yoghurt. There will hopefully be some fresh bread to go with it.

we had tortelloni with bacon and tomato pasta sauce. I've decided I don't like the stuff...didn't enjoy it one bit....
budge up in that bed Stroppy I love the sound of your pasta salad.
not sure what's for supper, but I'm ready for it
Depends how you cook it capt! My hubby won't eat anything tougher than ice cream and he wolfed down the liver we had the other day and really enjoyed it!

I am with you CG, the liver I have is never tough either but I usually pan fry it quickly then put it in the onion gravy and slow cook it that way it just melts in your mouth.

We have liver quite often...but I've only had lamb's liver...I always thought any other would be a bit tough

That's how I do it ed. Delicious!

That's how I do it too. Has to be lambs liver though. Damson loves the scraps but it gives her dreadful wind! lol
