Hi, (geranne28 here)

mrsstan said that there was a query over the Knitting folders that I listed from Betty's stash.

They were sold to someone from FHG/MDCC.   

I was in a combination of learning how to use a new laptop / caring for a sick friend / keeping up with my MDCC support away from home.  I think I panicked!

I listed them for 7 days in the early hours of Sunday morning but when eBay indexed them, they had a much earlier finishing date.

I was beginning to suspect that nobody could see them as they didn't pick up a single bid in the first 48 hours.  When I looked at my listing I could see that everything was right i.e. listed for 7 days and finishing Sunday , but when I searched on MDCC they showed as finishing Friday/Saturday and were sitting in amongst all those college photos.  (Two other MDCC listers were also indexed to Saturday).

I was going to cancel and relist on Tuesday but I had ONE bid on each by then so rather than cancel and re-list, I cancelled and sold to that bidder.  

I apologise to the 2 watchers - I had to do what I thought was best under the circumstances.

Just sneaked in before the mayhem begins................ might not get much chance over the next few days!

Probably won't be around when my auctions finish so there'll be a slight delay in getting them posted out &- hope this is ok?  I'll pay for any winnings as soon as I can 🙂

Apologies in advance, but there might be a slight delay with sorting out parcels - I had expected to be at home when auctions ended, but instead they have decided to operate, so I shall have to rely on "him indoors" to sort things for me

is it just me or does mdcc in general seem very quiet this month.the enthusiasm just does not seem to be there.:-(
